Fight For Equal Heathcare

The Trump administration is being transphobic by trying to push their beliefs that the only genders are male and female. Now, Transgenders, an already vulnerable demographic, will be denied checkups or testing due to their identity. Especially during the time of a pandemic, this could prevent transgender people from getting tested and treated. The LGBTQ+ community and those who are related to anyone in the community is affected. There have been cases of children being denied medical care due to having same sex parents. Furthermore, if the government can get away with discriminating against the LGBTQ+ community, anyone considered “different” is vulnerable as well.
